It is said that Ayurveda therapies have evolved over more than two millennia. About 80% people in India use some form of traditional medicine which is a part of Ayurveda. The system is based on five important elements i.e. air, fire, water, earth, and universe. Each of these elements has a specific component. All these components are simplified into three energies called “Doshas” i.e. Vatta, Pitta, and Kapha. The VLCC Ayurveda treatments are based on the doshas of the individual.
